We work to keep everything here accurate and current. Gemstone Lights product details and specifications come from the manufacturer and may change; where it matters, we link to Gemstone's own pages. Nothing on this site is a quote or a contract.
Quotes and work
Prices are only binding once we give you a written quote. The scope, schedule and our workmanship terms for each job are set out in that quote. Electrical work is performed under our TSASK electrical contractor licence, with permits and inspections where required.
Gemstone Lights warranty
Gemstone Lights products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. For roofline and commercial track systems, Gemstone's terms (effective October 1, 2024) include a lifetime warranty on the lights, a 10-year warranty on other parts, and a 1-year labour warranty. The warranty must be registered within 30 days of installation. Other Gemstone products carry their own terms. See Gemstone's warranty page for the full, current terms.
